  • We will honor all pricing plans that Ford approves for Bronco
  • Complimentary Bronco welcome gift to all of our reservation holders, Bronco and Bronco Sport!
  • No mandatory dealer-added accessories (window tint, ceramic coating, etc.). We can do these for customers on request, but we do not require them!
  • No additional deposit, down payment, etc. at the time of order
  • Easy deal process- For our out of area customers, we offer virtual appraisals for trade-in and we can do your paperwork electronically!

Q: What is a reservation?
A: A reservation allows you to be among the first to order a new Ford Bronco with a refundable, $100 Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order. Reservations holders will have the first opportunity to place their orders in early 2021.

Q: How much does it cost to reserve a Bronco?
A: Reservations will cost $100 for each trim.

Q: Is the $100 refundable?
A: Yes, automatically with reservation cancellation.

Q: What steps are required to complete my reservation?
A: Click the link above on this page to start a reservation. Sewell Ford will be automatically selected as your dealer.

Q: I already have a reservation and want to change my dealer to Sewell Ford. How do I do that?
A: You can reach out to Ford Customer Support at (800) 334-4375 for assistance in updating your dealer selection. In changing dealers, there will be no impact to your reservation ID, vehicle details, or the associated timestamp.

Q: I understand that if I change from my original dealer to Sewell Ford, my original $100 deposit is refunded? Do I need to put another $100 down with Sewell after transferring to you? 

A: Nope! For our customers who transfer an existing reservation from another dealership, no deposit is required. 

Q: Can I make changes to my reservation?
A: You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order in 2021.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you can’t process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford U.S.).

Q: Can I pick up my Bronco at the Sewell Ford dealership?
A: Yes! We are offering local pick-up at Sewell Ford. If you placed your reservation with us before June 1, 2021, we will pay airfare for you and a guest, and include a local hotel as needed!

Q: What are the benefits of picking up at the Sewell Ford dealership?
A: The advantage of picking up your vehicle locally is being able to meet with a Bronco Specialist and allow them to do a complete overview of the vehicle with you. In addition, our Bronco team will help you create a memorable Bronco Road Trip! While you’re here, we’ll give you a tour of our new, state-of-the-art facility as well!

Q: Can I reserve my Bronco with Sewell Ford, but have it drop-shipped to a different dealership if I don’t live near Sewell Ford?
A: Yes, we’re happy to drop-ship for no additional charge. However, your local dealer has the right to charge you a delivery fee at their discretion, so you’ll want to work out those details with your local dealer ahead of making that decision.

Q: I reserved early, does that mean I’ll be one of the first to receive my Bronco?
A: Ford Motor Company has expressed that they are aiming to produce vehicles in the same order that reservations are made. However, there is definitely variation based on packages and options depending on parts availability and what Ford deems to be most efficient for their production model. If you want to get your Bronco as soon as possible, email bronco@teamsewell.com for our recommendation on the quickest build to receive!

Q: Do you have any mandatory dealer-added accessories? 

A: Some dealers charge their clients for dealer-added accessories automatically. Common items could be window tinting, ceramic coating, etc. Sewell Ford does not add accessories without the customer’s request.

Q: When do I get to place my Bronco order and customize my Bronco?
A: In early 2021, Ford will open up orders to reservation holders, and our team will reach out to you to place your order at that time!

Q: How do you place my Bronco order?

A: Whenever your reservation is available to convert to an order, the Sewell Ford team will reach out to you via phone, email, or video conferencing to help you build and price your Bronco, and we’ll order it exactly the way you want it!

Q: Do I have to pay a second deposit, down payment, or anything else out of pocket when my reservation converts to an order? 

A: Not at all! We understand that life changes. With several months likely to elapse between order date and delivery date, our team has chosen to handle all payment and financing at the time of delivery, not order.

Q: What if I place an order for a Bronco and decide later that I can’t accept the delivery of my Bronco?
A: We totally understand that life changes. We’ll be happy to cancel and fully refund your order at any time, including after order placement in 2021. However, dealerships will be penalized for not delivering Broncos to the person who originally placed the order, so we kindly ask that all customers who place an order feel that it’s a good choice for them!

Q: When will my Bronco be ready for delivery?
A: Broncos will start rolling out for delivery in early-Summer 2021.

Q: What about accessories?
A: Hundreds of accessories are available for Bronco. These will be popular items that are “dealer-installed” such as kayak carries, light brackets, Molle bags, etc. The accessories will be ordered separately from your Bronco vehicle, and our team will be providing you with more info on that after ordering.

Q: What about my trade-in?
A: We understand that many of our clients will need to trade in a vehicle. Sewell trades for hundreds of pre-owned vehicles every month, many from out of our area. One we have an ETA on your Bronco delivery, we’ll reach out about 30 days prior to do a virtual appraisal with you.

Q: What about financing?
A: Our company offers a full range of financing options through Ford Motor Credit, regional banks, and national banks. If you prefer to use a lender that is local to you, that’s great with us too!

Q: How about pricing?
A: Our team has pledged to honor all pricing plans that Ford Motor Company approves. We will charge no additional dealer markup above MSRP.

Q: What about titling?
A: We use a service that helps us with all out of state titling. Most states require you to have a VIN inspection done at your local DMV. We can help provide all that info for you!

Q: How do I sign paperwork if you’re delivering to me?

A: Our team will do as much of your paperwork with you electronically as we can. For any documents that require a wet (actual) signature, we’ll mail those to you or bring them with your Bronco when it’s delivered!

Q: If I’m from out of Texas, do I pay Texas taxes in addition to my home state’s taxes?

A: No. Your taxes correspond to the state you register your vehicle in, regardless of who your dealer is or where they’re located.

Q: Can I get my service work done at a local dealership? What about my warranty?
A: All Ford dealers are required to honor the Bronco warranty, regardless of where the vehicle is purchased. You’ll be able to service and maintain your vehicle at the dealership of your choosing!
